I have done really well this week on my eating. I am still doing well with my pop and junk food.
I have lost 6 pounds too! YAY!!!
I am drinking a lot more water, in fact, that is about all I drink anymore.
Next week, I want to start getting into an exercise program. I worked out once this week, but that was it.
I want to continue doing well with my eating and up the working out this next week.
