Tomorrow is the day that I truly put into practice what I have been wanting to do for a long time.
I am teaming up with a group of ladies and we are going to keep each other motivated in our weightloss/ health goals.
I am a little nervous about sticking to it as I have tried this many times, but I will do it.
I need to do it for health benefits, and I am wanting to get into shape so that I can have another baby, and there is some, great unknown prize to be won!!! LOL
OK, feel free to post me some motivations along the way, and check up on me to see how I am doing!

I'm in your boat. You encourage me and I'll try to remember to encourage you. Glad you're doing it too. We haven't talked in a while. Good luck. I have my breakfast and lunch (a salad) planned already for tomorrow. Just have to figure out dinners. They are always the hardest for me.

I will be rooting for you! I started really focusing on clean eating and getting in good shape when I turned 40 in August. It's two steps forward and one backward but I am slowly getting there. Good luck!
Great luck with the weight loss - it is so tough. I finally decided I love eating way too much to ever be truly skinny. :-) Being happy in my skin is a good feeling (except when clothes shopping).
