I lost 2 pounds! YAY!!!
That's the good news.
The bad news is that I did not do everything on my list for this week perfectly.
I had said I wanted to have one pop a day, and I had 2, one with lunch and one with dinner.
I actually did not do a formal workout this week, but i have been working around the house a LOT and getting a lot more activity than I am used to.
I have done really well on my eating however. NO DESSERTS AT ALL.
So, while I have not attained my goals yet, I am happy because I am doing better and will keep it going.
I will stick to my original goals until I attain them fully, hopefully next week!!
