Fit Mommy Friday - 10-29-10 Challenge Week One

I lost 2 pounds! YAY!!!

That's the good news.
The bad news is that I did not do everything on my list for this week perfectly.


I had said I wanted to have one pop a day, and I had 2, one with lunch and one with dinner.

I actually did not do a formal workout this week, but i have been working around the house a LOT and getting a lot more activity than I am used to.

I have done really well on my eating however. NO DESSERTS AT ALL.
YAY! LOL


So, while I have not attained my goals yet, I am happy because I am doing better and will keep it going.

I will stick to my original goals until I attain them fully, hopefully next week!!

Congrats on the weight loss! And I'm totally impressed with no desserts. Way to go!

Sounds like you're making lots of small steps in the right direction. I did not do well in the dessert category this week--I ate too many of them!

Isn't it neat how, even if you don't exercise as well--or as much as you'd like--you can still lose a bit of weight by avoiding sweets?! Woohoo!! Awesome job on your first week of the Challenge! Keep up the fantastic work! ;)
