Ok, so this is our FIRST Workout Wed.! I am hoping to get motivated and to help motivate others also!
We can list our goals and what we hope to accomplish. Yo can list your weight if you like or just how much you lose each week! Or what ever your accomplishments were!
I will go ahead and start. We will put our personal info in the comments section so it is not just out there for everyone to see!
Ok, well, I really do hope we can all help each other in our journey to get healthy and fit!!!! Wednesday

Ok, here it goes.... need to lose quite a lot of weight. So, I really do need to work on this hard.
I am going to set a goal for myself to lose 2-3 pounds this week!! Also to work out at least 3-4 times this week!!
Also i want to drink at least 3-4 botles of water this week also. I know I need more than that but I am not really drinking any of right now so that would be a good start!
If I accomplish these things I will post them here during this week! If I post and get encouragement and am able to help encourage others also I think it will keep me on track!!!
Ok, I will get started today. Oh yeah, i am going to trry to not drink as much pop and focus on not overeating when I eat. I hope all of this together will help big!!!!
Hopefully next time I will be able to report a weight loss!!!!

My goal is to lose at least 50 pounds. My goal for this week is to not drink as much Coke as before. I am a huge Coke drinker and drink about 5-6 a day, I know that's very bad. So my goal is to only drink one a day and the rest of the time drink at least 3 bottled waters per day. I HATE drinking water, it's so boring to me. My other weakness is sweets. So I will try not to consume so much sweets. I started today not drinking coke and had to have one since I was getting the worst headache ever!! I will also try to work on my elyptical at least 4 times a week. I'm excited about this. Thanks.

It looks like we have a lot of the same goals! I also am a big pop drinker. i am trying to substitute sweet tea for a while to help with the caffien withdrawls. i did not have any pop until this evening. I also am going to try to work out on my elliptical! I also have leslie sansones videos which I love. I am going to try to drink more water also. I drank some today and tomorrow will fill my quota! I will let you know tomorrow what I did!
I am glad to have someone doing this with me! Thanks!

What a great idea! I started doing Theresa Tapp's T-Tapp workout video three weeks ago. It only takes 20 minutes, and I have noticed I have a lot more energy, I'm getting stronger, and more limber. I've also been drinking a TON of water and cutting back on my portions. I've lost 17 pounds so far, and have 60 more to go. It will be fun to encourage each other.

Did you lose that 17 pounds in three weeks? Man I have got to really get on this! Yes it will be great to help eachother. Good Job!!!!

well I need to lose 20 lbs...that's my goal....I would like to lose 2-3 lbs a week,and workout 5-6 days a week. I've been getting on my exercise bike for 30 minutes and then going for 2 mile walks in the mornings. My focus would be not to over snack =) and have planned snacks & meals,I would also like to drink more water also. I really like this because I need the motivation...I'm also going to take my measurements so i can track my inches lost. Well until next time ladies have a blessed evening.

You really stick to something when you say you are going to. I need to lose 20 pound plus a lot more! LOL

So Rodna do we leave comments every Wednesday about working out and etc...or do we leave comments daily on how we did for the day??

Hi Keisha! You can do both! For sure on Wed. but Ialso plan ondoing it during the week also! Especially if I do something! LOL
