Hi everyone! Well, I was thinking that I REALLY do need to get myself in shape and get healthy. I have tried before and lost a lot of weight but have gained it back. I really am so tired of being overweight. I would like though to have some other ladies to do this with!!! I was thinking we could start workout Wednesdays! We could let eachother know how we have done throughout the week! We could either tell our weights or if we don't want to say, we could just post if we went up or down or stayed the same and how much. We can give eachother encouragement and tell how we have been progressing that week! If we are needing help we can get support from eachother!
I would really like others to help me be accountable. Even if you don't have much or any to lose but just want to get healthier you can participate! Ok, let me know if this is something you would like to do and we will start this tuesday! We can set goals for that week, etc... I think it will be fun!!!! Love, Rodna
