Anyone interested in starting an accountability/support group for losing weight/getting healthier?

Hi everyone! Well, I was thinking that I REALLY do need to get myself in shape and get healthy. I have tried before and lost a lot of weight but have gained it back. I really am so tired of being overweight. I would like though to have some other ladies to do this with!!! I was thinking we could start workout Wednesdays! We could let eachother know how we have done throughout the week! We could either tell our weights or if we don't want to say, we could just post if we went up or down or stayed the same and how much. We can give eachother encouragement and tell how we have been progressing that week! If we are needing help we can get support from eachother!
I would really like others to help me be accountable. Even if you don't have much or any to lose but just want to get healthier you can participate! Ok, let me know if this is something you would like to do and we will start this tuesday! We can set goals for that week, etc... I think it will be fun!!!! Love, Rodna

I'm in! I'd love to do this! I don't need weight accountability, but I need accountability to help me stay consistent in my excersise.

I'm also starting a Manna Monday Memme... My thought is that Monday would be our day of the week to post meal ideas and menus, and to also post scripture we would like to Memorize for that week. What do you think about that?

Hi, I came here from the Notebooking list. I have "Wellness Wednesday" on my blog where I have been checking in. From time to time others do too and we encourage each other. It has been slow lately since I tore my meniscus in my knee and haven't been able to keep up the exercise portion.

Yeah Angela! I need the help to. Just knowing there is omeone else out there with me helps! I did work out this morning! I did also go to McDonald but I did et a grilled chicken instead! So that is at least better!!!
Oh, and on the other note, we can combine and do workout excersie type stuff on my blog on Wed. and meals, etc on your blog on Mond. I will get somethign set up where I have your link here to get to on Mondays!!!

Oh, Teresa, I understand, I tore some of my ligaments inmy ankle completely in half. It has been a year and a half and it still bother me. I still have to wear a brace if I do workout! I will have to go check out your site too!!

I'm so in!!! I have a wedding in April that we are going to and REALLY need the extra weight off!!! My greatest weakness is sweets and cokes!! TERRIBLE I KNOW!!
