November 2010 Gratitude Challenge Days 4 and 5

Oh, Oh, Oh, I forgot to post this yesterday. So I will do 2 today.

I am so thankful for our abilities to learn and grow.

Adults and children alike.

If we were not able to grow and learn, we would be in such as sad state, I think.
I know I would.

I have learned and grown so much over the years, especially the last few.

And I am thankful for our God given talents and abilities that we can do things for ourselves.

I am also very thankful for the differences in boys and girls, and that I have one of each.

It is such a blessing to be able to experience those differences. With girls you get to sew and do hair, and with boys you get to watch them act like little men, ready to protect you from harms way at only 5 years of age.

There are so many differences, but I love them both!

And, of course, I am thankful for the Creator who gave them in the first place.

Good things! I enjoy the differences between boys an girls also. It's nice to have 6 boys around to protect me from bugs, etc.

I too am grateful for the ability to learn. I'm of the belief that you're never too old to learn, and that we should continue to learn all of our lives.

The Lord knew what he was doing when he created man and woman (boy and girl). :)

the world would be boring if girls and boys were the same wouldn't it

I hope I never stop wanting to learn! I also agree about the genders. I only have boys. It seems we live in a world that wants to diminish their masculinity!
