Fit Mommy Friday

I have been struggling this week as well.
I did manage to work out twice this week, but my eating has not been good.
We have had so much to do, and we have been eating out too much this week.
I am going to make it a priority to not schedule as much during my weeks, so that I can actually have some time to focus on getting healthy.

I need to do this, and I want to do this, and I don't want to give up, not on myself or you guys.

Next week will be much better.

I forgot to weigh in today, so I will tomorrow.

I think a lot of us had a more difficult week, but the wonderful thing is...there is always next week! I will look forward to seeing how you did in your next post. I pray He gives you strength to take good care of yourself!

Praying that you will be stay focused and relax. Going out is not bad as long as you make good choices when it comes to the food they are serving :)

Think salad and veggies when you go out and you can't go wrong. I had a harder time with my 'indoor" cardio exercises. Keep on keeping on! You can do it.

My son and I were recently given the opportunity to review a lovely book for for the toddler to preschool age range.  ...
