First Post Ever Link Up

I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's first post was! How about you?

OK, my first post is nothing special, but I am so curious to see how other started out blogging, and what they wrote about in their first post ever.

Sounds like fun, huh? Join me!

I will try to read all of your posts and follow all of your blogs. I would love it if you would follow mine as well.

OK, let's get going! Don't forget to link back here so that others can join us too!

I couldn't even remember what I wrote in my first blog post. It was way back in October of 2008! As Heather said, it was fun to go back an see what I wrote in those early days. How embarrassing!

How fun! My first post got right into what we were learning at the time. I have a personal blog and then I decided to break off and have a blog for our schooling and now that is where I do most of my blogging. My personal blog still gets posted on occasionally. :) Thanks for this!

What a fun idea! I can't wait to take the time and read all the links.

I should've posted my traditional "kleenex warning" with my link. I started off with a purpose, and the first post is an emotional look back at the previous few years. It also explains my blog name.

Can't wait to begin reading everyone's first post :) Great idea, Rodna!

My husband wrote the very first post on our blog, but I shared my first post. I think it's funny that the blog was his idea in the first place. Now, he very rarely writes and I do all the time!

What a great idea! I had completely forgotten what my first ever post was about and oddly enough, it was not an introductory post...I just blogged! LOL Thanks for hosting a fun event and I can't wait to read others post and more of your blog too!

Wow! I had almost totally forgotten that I had a blog at homeschoolblogger long ago. I linked to that first post and also to my blogger blog's first post.
How fun!

Fun linky! It was so strange to go back and read through that first one and a few others... I can't believe I've been blogging for 4 years!

Great idea. Mine was a review for TOS since that is why I started my blog in the first place. :)

This is such a fun idea. My first post was not very good or interesting but it's been fun to look over all my old posts when I didn't have any readers except me and my mom!

I echo all of the other ladies. . .this is a fun idea! Glad I stopped by.

Wasn't sure what my first post was! Thanks for the opportunity to not only go back and reread my own, but to see other's as well! Great Idea

I didn't start my blog, even though I had been encouraged to for years, until I was accepted as a reviewer for TOS. I was so nervous and I knew no one would ever read it! I've only slightly gotten over that, lol, but it doesn't seem to matter so much, now, as it's just nice to have an outlet to write!

Looking forward to reading each of your first posts! You Ladies are a constant inspiration to me and it has been a pleasure to "meet" you. =)

Blessings to you and yours,

PK

This was a fun idea... I started my blog just before we officially switched from public school to homeschool. I need to go back and read through our journey!

First 2 posts Monday, April 21, 2008 more than 3 years ago now. I picked the one that was not an add. So strange to go back and look at my old posts. It was about reading G.A. Henty... still read and love G.A. Henty for school. Linky up late... but linking up. Now going to check on all your old posts... and leave some love in your comments.

I went and read your first post. One of my first posts was about Cindy Rushton also. :-) That is so funny. But since I did 2 first posts on the first day I went with my non advertising/affiliate post.

this is gonna be fun!

I'm new to your blog. I followed over from another post.

What a neat idea! I started my blog earlier this year, not long after I brought my son home from Public School to Homeschool him. Most of my posts are about his Public School experience and finding my way as a new-to-homeschool Mom.

What fun, thanks for the linky :)

I actually had two posts for this new blog, I picked the more interesting one! LOL

This is such a fun idea for a blog hop! I'm sure my first post is awful. It's probably a review, or a bumbling paragraph about how I have no idea what to do with a blog.
If I weren't hosting the crew hop, I'd link up for fun.. but I know I won't have the time to visit everyone this time. =(

Great idea! We all grow and change so much as we write and add stories - it was a lot of fun going back and seeing how far I've come. Thanks for the memory!

This is a fun link up. I actually started my blog for the first voyage of the Crew back in 2008. ;0) My first post was about why I chose "Embracing Destiny" as my blog name.

What a fun idea! I'm going through my reader from yesterday at the moment, but am clicking to follow you and will bookmark this post to come back later. I'd love to meet lots of new homeschooling mommas through this. Oh, and I'll put a post on my blog so others will come here, too!

How fun to look back, thank you! Couldn't get to the very first, as that blog's been long gone. But I was able to go as far back as 2006. FUN! Thank you for sharing and hosting a great idea!
